The Marketing subsystem is responsible for strengthening the team’s image and positioning. It manages social media, develops communication strategies, and creates content that brings the public closer to Relampinhão’s journey. It also promotes campaigns and recruitment processes, develops institutional and promotional graphic materials, and supports the commercial area by helping present the project to partners and sponsors. It is the sector that transforms the team’s achievements into connection and visibility.
