The Administration and Finance Subsystem is responsible for ensuring the team’s internal organization and financial sustainability. It operates in budget planning and control, revenue and expense management, financial reporting, document organization, and supporting other subsystems in making projects and activities feasible. In addition, it works on maintaining relationships with sponsors, ensuring that the team operates in a structured, transparent, and financially sound manner.
