Project Management
The Project Management subsystem is responsible for monitoring the activity schedule of each subsystem, organizing deadlines, and developing solutions for unforeseen challenges, but these are not its only responsibilities. This subsystem oversees, forecasts, and adjusts the overall timeline and activities of all other areas to ensure the project remains aligned with its goals. Each subsystem has a designated Project Management member assigned to supervision and follow-up. This person monitors weekly reports, tracks progress, and verifies whether tasks are being completed within the established deadlines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and smooth communication across the entire team.
